Unkind things are coming out of both ends. I threw up what looked like an awful lot of dark blood earlier. I assume it's a coincidence since my stomach doesn't particularly hurt.

I haven't been dry heaving though, so I think it may just be food poisoning.

I'm pissing out of my ass, though.

Not likely.  Whatever is going on is affecting my cognitive state as well.  My whole sense of being is kind of like an out of focus camera when these spells happen.

My head has been all weird lately.  Twice a few weeks ago I felt "drunk" but hadn't consumed alcohol in days (tough to believe I know) and almost out of body feelings.  Gotta go get an MRI and EEG done soon.

The kicker, I'm not allowed to drive or drink alcohol or swim.  Fuuuu
